Making a Charitable Gift of Appreciated Stock to MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION OF FAUQUIER COUNTY

Send the unsigned stock certificate by registered mail or by some other mail method that can be tracked. Then in a separate mailing (do not mail with the stock certificate) send the signed stock power. Both envelopes should be addressed to:
